Corporate securities market
In the past week, in the KSE’s trading system were reported 62 transactions with securities of 10 companies in the amount of 2.8 million coms. By the previous period, the volume of trades decreased by 57%,it was influenced by the decrease in the volume of placement of corporate bonds in the primary market section.
Unlike the primary market, the secondary trading section indicated growth as a result of several large transactions with shares of JSC “Manas International Airport”, JSC “Kant Cement Plant” and JSC “Argymak” (city Osh).
In the section of trades by types of securities, transactions with shares of companies, which occupied 70% of the Total: volume of trades of the week, dominated.
The primary and secondary corporate market
In the primary market were fixed transactions with bonds of 3 companies: JSC IFC “Salym Finance”, JSC Trading House “Min Turkun” and LLC “First Metallobase”, the Total: volume of placement of which was 0.8 million som.
With the largest volume in the sector, transactions were made on placement of bonds of the 5th issue of JSC IFC "Salym Finance", the amount of transactions is 0.5 million som. As of the end of the week, 0.5% of the bonds of the issue remained to be placed. 2 transactions in the sector are recorded on the sale of bonds of the 4th issue of the LLC “First Metallobase” for the amount of 0.3 million som. At the end of the week, only 0.2% of the bonds issued were not placed.
After a long break, the placement of corporate bonds of the 4th issue оf the Trading house "Min Turkun" resumed, for a week 1 transaction in the amount of 0.02 million was registered.
The placement of bonds began in October last year, during this period the company's papers were able to attract 89.7 million som from the registered volume of issue in the amount of 200.0 million som. As of the end of the current trading period 45% of the bonds of the issue were placed.
In the section of the secondary market during the week 57 deals were carried out for the amount of 2.0 million soms.
41% of the trading volume of the secondary market was taken by deals with shares of JSC “Manas International Airport”,volume of which amounted to 0.8 millions, as a result of the deals the price of the share increased to 270.0 som (+10.0s).
Among the transactions with shares of strategic enterprises, with a small volume, 1 transaction with ordinary shares of JSC "Kyrgyz Telecom" was fixed, as a result of which the share price increased to 5.50 som (+0.88s.).
23% volume of the sector was taken by the deal with simple shares of JSC "Kant Cement Plant”, the volume amounted to 0.7 millions and according to the results of which the share price of the company increased to 230.0 som (+20, 0c), becoming the leader of the week growth.
By volume it is also possible to distinguish deals with simple shares of JSC “Argymak” (city Osh) in the amount of 0.4 million som.
With smaller volumes transactions with simple shares of JSC “Atakan”, JSC “Road Construction Management” and JSC IFC “ABN” were recorded, the dynamics of prices on these securities is not indicated.
Listing sector
58% of the volume of trading of the week was occupied by transactions with securities of listed companies, including:
4 transactions with ordinary shares of JSC "Kyrgyz Telecom" and JSC "Manas International Airport" in the amount of 0.8 million som;
And 5 transactions with the bonds of JSC IFC "Salym Finance", JSC Trading House "Min Turkun" and LLC "First Metallobase" in the amount of 0.8 million som.
The Total: volume of trading of listing companies for the week was 1.6 million som.
