Corporate securities market

During the past trading period, the KSE’s trading system registered 14 transactions with securities of 9 companies with a Total: volume of 2.5 million som, increasing by 2.5 times to the indicator of the previous period.

Transactions with shares of companies both in the placement section and in the secondary market, in particular, placement of additional issue of shares of OJSC "Aerodromdorstroy" in the primary market section, deals with which took 70% of the trading volume of the week, and transaction with ordinary shares of OJSC "Financial Company of Credit Unions" in the secondary market, had a positive impact on the volume growth.

With the bonds of companies in the section of the primary market, transactions were not registered. In the secondary market, the volume of trading declined by 68%.

Primary and secondary corporate markets

In the general trading structure of the week, the primary market took 70%, in the section there were 3 transactions with the ordinary shares of the 2nd additional issue of OJSC "Aerodromdorstroy" with a Total: volume of 1.7 million som, the price of the company's share placement was 0.62 som.

In the section of the secondary market registered 11 deals for the amount of 0.8 million cm.

86% of the volume of the sector was taken by 1 deal with ordinary shares of OJSC "Financial Company of Credit Unions," the amount of the transaction is 0.7 million som, the share price on the transaction is fixed at 0.95 som, 0.10 som above the previous price and below the nominal value by 0.05 som.

2 transactions were registered with shares of strategic companies, 1 with shares of OJSC “Bishketeploset” and OJSC “Electric Stations”, for a Total: amount of million som. The share prices of the companies remained at the same level as 1.06 and 1.30 som.

In the sector of transactions with shares were registered  OJSC "Aprosah," OJSC "Kant Cement Plant," OJSC IFC "ABN" and OJSC "Reemtsma-Kyrgyzstan," dynamics among which are indicated only by shares of "Aprosah," the price of which decreased to 80.0 soms (-20.0s).

1 deal in the sector is fixed with bonds of LLC "Ihsan-Orix" with the volume of 0.07 million som, the price of the bond on the deal exceeded the nominal value by 3.50 som.
