At present, the task of the KSE, as the leading Exchange of Kyrgyzstan, is to explain to domestic companies the importance of the development of joint-stock financing for the further successful growth and preservation of companies.
Almaz Shabdanov, President of the KSE during his speech noted that every domestic company that meets the minimum requirements of the KSE can use the IPO tool.
"IPO requires companies to comply with certain conditions in terms of disclosure of company activities, listing and maintenance costs, financial auditing, etc. However, it is necessary to understand that it is profitable investment in own brand. After all, the attraction of investments through IPO speaks about the reliability and stability of the company, which increases its attractiveness in the eyes of investors," said Almaz Shabdanov.

Among the advantages of IPO, Medet Nazaraliev also called not only improvement of the financial situation, but also growth of the value of shares, listing on the stock exchange and increase of reputation, ability to conduct mergers and diversification of portfolios.
“You can sell your shares in both the local stock market and abroad, for example in the EAEU countries. The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange has an agreement on cooperation with the Moscow Stock Exchange, soon it is planned to conclude an agreement with the The Saint-Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (SPIMEX), which open new profitable horizons for domestic companies," said Medet Nazaraliev.
Aida Chodulova, Head of the Trade and Listing Department of the KSE, further outlined the general rules and requirements for listing in the KSE. According to her, the company’s presence in the KSE listing gives additional attractiveness the image of the company, as today many investors are paying attention to this factor, which proves the stability and legitimacy of the company’s activities.
