Information about trades from 18 to 22 November 2019



 

 

From November 18 to 22, at the KSE’s trading system were registered 53 transactions with corporate securities of 12 companies and 3 transaction with State Securities, the Total: volume of trades for all sectors for the period was 7.3 million som. By the previous trading period, the trading volume increased by 85 per cent, the growth was marked for all sectors except for the sector of trading in shares on the primary market, which were not placed. 

The volume of sales of government securities increased, last week there were recorded transactions with State Treasury Bills-6 and State Treasury Bills-7.

The volume of trades in the companies' shares doubled, and the large transactions with securities of Kant Cement Plant OJSC and Bishkekteploset OJSC influenced it.

 

The government securities

 

On November 21 and 22 in the placement section were conducted transactions with State Treasury Bills for 6 months and State Treasury Bonds for 7 years. In terms of trading by type of securities, the state securities sector took 15% of the Total: trading volume of the week.

As a result of 2 transactions with State Treasury Bills-6, the volume of placement made up 1.0 million som at an average price of 97.01 som per copy.

1 transaction was recorded on sale of State Treasury Bills-7 in the amount of 0.07 million som at the price of 78.76 som per state paper.

 

 

Corporate sector

Primary and secondary markets

 

There are no registered corporate securities transactions in the Primary Market Section.

In the secondary market section, 53 transactions were made in the amount of 6.2 million som.

65% of the volume of secondary market trading took 2 deals with ordinary shares of OJSC «Kant cement plant», the volume of which amounted to 4.1 million som and the price of the company’s share on transactions decreased to 240.0 som (-10,0s).

25% of the sector’s volume occupied  deals with shares of strategy companies, among which including OJSC «Bishkekteploset», OJSC «Kyrgyztelecom», OJSC «Kyrgyzneftegaz» and OJSC «National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan», the Total: volume of trading by the companies' securities was 1,5 million som, while the transactions in the volume of 1,3 million som are represented by shares of «Bishkekteploset».

According to the results of the transactions, the shares of «Kyrgyztelecom» (-0,50s), «Bishkekteploset» (-0,54s.) and «National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan» (-0,06s), only «Kyrgyzneftegaz» shares were added to the price (+0,10s).

The remaining share of secondary market trading is represented by transactions with smaller volumes of shares of OJSC «Atakan», OJSC «Argymak» (Osh), OJSC «Gulazyk», OJSC «Kyrgyzstan» and OJSC «Oshinvest», the dynamics among which showed only shares of the bank «Kyrgyzstan» (-2,0c) and investment fund «Oshinvest» (-0,9c).

1 transaction in the sector is fixed with bonds of LLC «First metallobase» of 0.3 million som, the price of the transaction exceeded the value by 1.33 som.

 
 

Listing sector

Twenty-two per cent of the week’s trading volume involved transactions with listing companies, including: 5 deals with ordinary shares of OJSC «Bishkekteploset» and OJSC «Kyrgyztelecom» in the amount of 1,3 million; and 1 deal with bonds LLC «First metallobase» in the volume of 0.3 million som.

The Total: weekly trading volume of listed companies was 1.6 million som.
