"Barkad" LLC bonds were temporarily delisted



By decision of the Listing Committee dated October 27, 2022 interest-bearing registered bonds of Barkad LLC were temporarily delisted from the Exchange's Official List of "B" category (the next highest) due to the current situation with the failure to meet the requirement to submit to the Exchange full audited financial statements for the past year 2021 and the financial statements for Q1 and Q2 2022, including non-fulfillment by the issuer of liabilities on interest payments within the terms prescribed in the Prospectus of the bonds of Barkad LLC.
