Overview of trading from December 5 to 9, 2022

Last week in KSE's trade system deals were registered in the volume of KGS 1,004.54m, trades were conducted only with corporate securities. In comparison with the previous period the volume of trades showed a significant increase, which was influenced by the shares of companies, in particular the deal on placement of additional issue of common shares of State Mortgage Company OJSC.

Corporate sector

Primary market

In the primary market deals with stocks and corporate bonds of companies were fixed, the Total: trading volume of the section amounted to 1 003.02 million KGS, increased several times at the expense of the placement of 15-issue common shares of the State Mortgage Company, which were placed for the amount of 1 000.00 million KGS, the price of shares is 100 000 KGS.

Corporate bonds were placed by 3 companies, the Total: volume of trading amounted to 3.02 million KGS, including:
-ZAO "UBS Transit" - KGS 0.01 million; 
- LLC "Stroy dom. KG" - 1,85 mln. soms; 
- Bank of Asia CJSC - 1.16 million KGS.

As of the end of the week, the Total: volume of issues placement since the beginning of sales makes up:
- CJSC "UBS Transit" - 14.92 million KGS (Total: issue volume of 50.0 million KGS);
- LLC "Stroy dom. KG" - 13.21 million KGS (Total: issue volume of 60.0 million KGS);
- CJSC "Bank of Asia" - 7.57 million KGS (Total: issue volume of 82.0 million KGS).

Secondary market

Only 7 deals for a Total: amount of 1.53 million soms were registered in the secondary market, the largest deals of the section were conducted with ordinary shares of Manas International Airport OJSC for a volume of 0.96 million soms, and the price of the share on deals was formed at the level of 800.0 soms. Deals with shares of Kami Motors OJSC, Kant Cement Plant OJSC and Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC were registered in the section with small volumes. Corporate bonds of First Metallobaza OJSC were traded in the section, Total: amount of trades in bonds was 0.02 million KGS, trades were held at face value.

Listing sector
Last week Total: volume of trades with securities of listed companies comprised 99.95 % of Total: trading volume; the remaining 0.05 % of trading volume were transactions with securities of non-listed companies. Total volume of transactions with securities of listed companies amounted to KGS 1,003.99 mln, including:

- 3 transactions with ordinary shares of OJSC "Manas International Airport" and OJSC "State Mortgage Company" in the amount of KGS 1,000.96 million; 

- 16 deals with corporate bonds of "UBS Transit" CJSC, "First Metallobaza" LLC, "Stroi Dom. KG" and "Bank of Asia" in the amount of KGS 3.03 million.

Index and Capitalization

As of December 9, 2022, the official list of KSE included securities of 31 companies with a capitalization of 73.54 billion KGS. The KASE index for the week rose to 2,110.23 points (+119.96), the growth was due to the increase in the price of shares of OJSC "Manas International Airport" and the inclusion of an additional issue of OJSC "State Mortgage Company" in the calculation base of the index.
