The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSЕ) and Rating Agency



On 5 October 2023, the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange ("KSE") and Rating Agency "Expert RA" signed a cooperation agreement.

 

The parties agreed on joint cooperation in the realisation of projects in the exchange sector, exchange of information, experience, organisation of common events, as well as attraction of employees of both companies as experts for prospective projects.

 

One of the strategic directions of the parties will be the distribution of the best ESG practices among KSE issuers, as "Expert RA" has a successful experience in this direction.

 

 

The General Director - Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Expert RA"  - Marina Chekurova:

 

"In July, "Expert RA" agency joined the list of accredited verifiers of KSE, so we consider today's agreement as a logical continuation of the process of the mutual inclusion in each other's markets, which has already begun. While the KSE sustainability sector is just beginning to take form, we see that it has great prospects".
