Congratulations to JSC "IFC InvesCor SA" on entering the stock market!



On the 16 of October 2023, the International Microfinance Company "Invescor" organized a festive ceremony on its entry to the stock market of Kyrgyzstan with debut bonds.

 

The nominal value of the bonds is 19 % per year; 

 

Term of rotation - 36 months;

 

Issue volume - 75,000,000 KGS.

 

JSC "IFC "InvesCor SA" has been active in the financial market of Kyrgyzstan for 18 years. The company provides consumers loans, including for business development with a minimum package of documents and in a short period of time.

 

 

The event was joined by Aida Chodulova, Vice President of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

 

"The issue of debut bonds is a serious step in the history of the company, which is without a doubt leading to prosperity. In recent years, corporate bonds have been particularly popular in the financial market. So, a company that has issued bonds once starts to launch new emission, which confirms the attractiveness of this instrument," - said Aida Chodulova.

 

It should be noted that the company "IFC "InvesCor SA" is currently submitting documents for the listing of KSE and will soon be added to the official list of KSE.
