The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE) and the International Court of Claims under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (ICC CCI KR) entered into an Agreement on Cooperation and Interaction.

The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange ("KSE") and the International Court of Claims under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (" ICC CCI KR") concluded an Agreement on Cooperation and Interaction.

The document was signed by the President of KSE - Medet Nazaraliev and the Chairman of the ICC CCI Shamaraly Maichiev.

Under the agreement, the parties agreed to develop law documents together using international practices, apply the best practices of arbitration courts and arbitration in resolving disputes between the participants of the KSE trades. 

The KSE and the ICC of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic will closely cooperate on the organisation of conciliation of the parties and arbitration of disputes arising between the participants of the KSE trades. It should be noted that a co-operation working group will be formed for detailed elaboration and implementation of consistent actions and joint projects on the development of exchange arbitration.

In addition, the parties will assist in promoting unique educational, creative, social and business projects, organise joint events with the participation of public organisations, government agencies and expert community.
