KSE has a new partner organisation



The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE) and the "Association of Green Power Plants of the Kyrgyz Republic" ("AZE KR") concluded an Agreement on co-operation in the field of sustainable development. The document was signed by Medet Nazaraliev, President of KASE, and Kundus Kyrbasheva, Chairman of the Board of the Association.

Under the signed Agreement, the parties intend to cooperate in the field of sustainable development, assist in promoting ESG principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals agenda.

 

 

Medet Nazaraliev, President of KSE:

"We are pleased to welcome our new partner - the Association of Green Power Plants RES KR. Today, the development of sustainable financing system is one of the important tasks of the KSE. It is green finance that is of great importance in saving natural resources and achieving carbon emission reductions. I am confident that by joining common efforts we will be able to attract long-term investments in the energy sector, including renewable energy sources.

 

Kundus Kyrbasheva, Chairman of the Board of the Association: 

"We are confident that our joint cooperation has a high significance of developing and stimulating an economy based on the principles of sustainable development and reducing negative environmental impact, the Association of Green Power Plants and the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange will work together to create favourable conditions to achieve these goals and ensure sustainable economic growth that will contribute to the well-being of our heirs and future generations."

 

AZE KR and KSE will assist all participants of the green economy market in information exchange and joint organisation of joint events, trainings to educate and develop sustainable financing models through improvement of legal and regulatory acts.
