KSE and Expert RA organised seminars on sustainable financing, ratings and non-financial reporting disclosure



The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE) as part of a series of training seminars on sustainable financing and disclosure of non-financial ESG reporting, together with Expert RA Rating Agency, organised a two-day seminar that covered the topics of sustainable financing and issuance of sustainable instruments, rating and ranking systems, as well as disclosure of non-financial reporting.

 

The purpose of the seminars:

  • To ensure that market participants are provided with high quality training on topics related to sustainable finance, sustainable finance instruments (green, sustainable, transition bonds), the significance of rating, rankings, and to present an understanding and significance of non-financial reporting disclosure;
  • provide an overview of practical cases on rating and issuing sustainable finance instruments (green, sustainable, transition and social bonds).

 

The seminars were attended by representatives of listed companies, banks, microfinance organisations, public companies, as well as representatives of the expert community and those interested in attracting and developing sustainable finance in the Kyrgyz Republic. 

 

As part of the development of the Sustainable Development Sector, KSE works to promote sustainable financing instruments, disclosure of non-financial ESG reporting, and together with partners conducts a series of training seminars on sustainable financing and non-financial reporting disclosure standards.
