Review of trading from 4th March to 7th March 2024

Following the results of the week 31 deals in corporate securities were registered on the trade floor of the KSE for a Total: of KGS 3.98m.  59% of trades of the week were made in bonds of companies, and trades in shares took 41%. No deals in government securities were made during the week.

Primary and secondary market

At the primary market trades were conducted only with corporate bonds placed by 3 companies, their Total:: volume Итого:led KGS 2.08 million and distributed as follows: 7 - issue of Salym Finance MFC OJSC in the amount of KGS 0.96 million; 1 - issue of InvesCor SA MFC OJSC in the amount of KGS 0.25 million and 2 - issue of Stroy Dom. KG" in the amount of KGS 0.88mn.

As of the end of the week, the  volume of issues placement since the beginning of sales is as follows:

- OJSC MFC InvesCor SA - KGS 33.58mn (Total: : issue volume of KGS 75.0mn);

- Salym Finance MFC OJSC - KGS 38.63 million (Total:: issue volume KGS 100.0 million);

- Stroy Dom. KG - 20.70 million KGS (Total:: issue volume 45.0 million KGS);

At the secondary market there were trades with corporate securities in the volume of KGS 1,89 million, of which transactions with ordinary shares Total: :led KGS 1,63 million.

In terms of volume it is possible to single out transactions with Osh Dan-Azyk OJSC, which were conducted for KGS 0.86 million, price per share was KGS 47.64 and Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC for KGS 0.63 million, price per share was from KGS 250 to 270.

Corporate bonds were traded only at MFC Elet Capital CJSC for KGS 0.26 mln, having made 2 deals.

Listing

77.5% of trades volume of the week was represented by deals in securities of listed companies, including:

- 8 deals in common shares of OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz", OJSC "International airport Manas", OJSC "NESK" in the amount of KGS 0.73 mln.

- 22 deals in corporate bonds of OJSC MFC InvesCor, OJSC MFC Salym Finance, and LLC Stroy Dom. KG, CJSC MFC Elet Capital in the amount of KGS 2.35 million.

Total trades in listed securities were recorded for KGS 3.08 million, while transactions in non-listed securities were conducted for KGS 0.89 million.
