Trading Review from 11th March to 15th March 2024

Last week, 44 transactions with corporate and government securities were registered on the KSE trading platform for a Total: amount of 455.48 million soms, indicating a significant increase relative to the previous period, which was influenced by company shares, in particular the transaction to place an additional issue of common shares of OJSC MCC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund". 90.3% of the trading volume of the week was taken up by transactions with shares and bonds of companies and transactions with government securities, the remaining 9.7% of the volume.

Government securities

In the primary market, only 2 transactions were carried out with government treasury bills with a circulation period of 12 months (GBills) for a Total: amount of 44.00 million soms. The price of STB on transactions was in the range of 87.6 soms and the weighted average yield was 14%.

Corporate securities
Primary and secondary market

On the primary market, the Total: volume of trading in corporate securities amounted to 409.24 million soms; 9 – the issue of shares of OJSC MCC “Entrepreneurship Development Fund” was placed in the amount of 400.00 million soms at a price of 20 soms per share.

The volume of trading in corporate bonds of companies amounted to 9.24 million soms; The following companies placed bonds:

• 7 – issue of OJSC MFC “Salym Finance” in the amount of 7.58 million soms;

• 2 – release of Stroy Dom LLC. KG" in the amount of 1.40 million soms

• 1 – issue of OJSC MFC “InvesKor SA” in the volume of 0.27 million soms

As of the end of the week, the Total: placement volume of issues since the start of sales is:

– OJSC MFC “InvesKor SA” – 33.85 million soms (Total: issue volume 75.0 million soms);

– OJSC MFC “Salym Finance” – 46.20 million soms (Total: issue volume 100.0 million soms);

– LLC “Build a House. KG" – million. som (Total: issue volume 45.0 million som);

14 transactions worth 2.24 million soms were registered on the secondary market. The largest volume of transactions was recorded with common shares of OJSC “Uchkun” in the amount of 1.12 million soms, the share price was 36.84 soms.

Small volumes of transactions were recorded with common shares of Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC, Manas International Airport OJSC, Aigul OJSC, Bishkeksut OJSC, Kant Cement Plant OJSC, Koshoy OJSC.

Listing

100% of the week’s trading volume was represented by transactions in securities of listed companies, including:

– 10 transactions with common shares of MCC Entrepreneurship Development Fund OJSC, Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC, Manas International Airport OJSC, Uchkun OJSC, million soms.

– 28 transactions with corporate bonds of OJSC MFC "InvesKor", OJSC MFC "Salym Finance", LLC "Stroy Dom KG" and CJSC MFC "OKSUS" in the amount of 9.24 million soms

Total trading in listed securities was recorded in the amount of 411.31 million soms, while transactions in unlisted securities were carried out in the amount of only 0.17 million soms.
