Review of trading from March 18 to March 20, 2024

From March 18 to 20, 25 transactions with corporate and government securities were registered on the KSE trading platform for a Total: amount of 20,051.73 million soms. The main share of the trading volume of the week was occupied by transactions in shares (99.7%), a significant increase in trading volume occurred due to an increase in the trading volume of the primary market, in particular as a result of a major transaction to place an additional issue of shares of OJSC "National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan" and OJSC " Electrical stations."

Government securities

There was 1 transaction with government treasury bills with a circulation period of 12 months (GT-Bills) for a Total: amount of 45.43 million soms. The price of STB on transactions was in the range of 87.37 soms and the weighted average yield was 14.3%.

Corporate securities
Primary and secondary market

On the primary market, 20 transactions with securities were carried out in the amount of 20,004.48 million soms. A significant trading volume of the week was ensured by the placement of additional issues of common shares by companies such as OJSC "Electric Stations" and OJSC "National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan .
The volume of the transaction of the 4th issue of Electric Stations OJSC amounted to 10,000.00 million soms, the share price was 4.59 soms; and the transaction for the 4th issue of shares of OJSC “National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan” amounted to 10,000.00 million soms, but the share price was fixed at 1.65 soms.

The Total: volume of transactions with corporate bonds in Total: amounted to 4.48 million soms:

• 7 – issue of OJSC MFC “Salym Finance” in the amount of 3.64 million soms;

• 2 – issue of Stroy Dom LLC. KG" in the amount of 0.57 million soms

• 1 – issue of OJSC MFC “InvesKor SA” in the amount of 0.27 million soms

As of the end of the week, the Total: placement volume of issues since the start of sales is:

– OJSC MFC “InvesKor SA” – 34.12 million soms (Total: issue volume 75.0 million soms);

– OJSC MFC “Salym Finance” – 49.84 million soms (Total: issue volume 100.0 million soms);

– LLC “Build a House. KG" – 22.67 million soms (Total: volume of issue 45.0 million soms);

On the secondary market 5 deals were registered for the amount of KGS 1.81 mln, 3 of which were booked with common shares of OJSC "Uchkun" for the amount of KGS 0.56 mln, share price on deals made KGS 36.84; 1 deal with common shares of OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz" in the amount of KGS 0.95 mln at KGS 265.0 per share.

During the mentioned period 1 deal was also made in corporate bonds of OJSC MFK "ABN"  for a Total: amount of KGS 0.30 mln, the deal was made at face value.

Listing

100% of the week’s trading volume was represented by transactions in securities of listed companies, including:

– 6 transactions with common shares of OJSC "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan", OJSC "Electric Stations", OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz", OJSC "Uchkun" in the amount of 20,001.52 million soms.

– 18 transactions with corporate bonds of OJSC MFC "InvesKor", OJSC MFC "Salym Finance", LLC "Stroy Dom KG" and OJSC MFC "ABN" in the amount of 4.78 million soms
