Last week, 73 transactions were registered only with corporate securities with a volume of 158.38 million soms. Among transactions with corporate securities, transactions with shares prevailed, their share in the trading volume of the week amounted to 91%, and transactions with bonds 9%. There were no transactions in government securities during the week.

Corporate securities

Primary and secondary market

On the primary market, trading was carried out only with corporate bonds, the placement of which was carried out by 3 companies, their Total: volume amounted to 8.22 million soms and was distributed as follows: 7 – issue of JSC MFC “Salym Finance” in the amount of 4.37 million soms; 1 – issue of OJSC MFC “InvesKor SA” in the amount of 0.13 million soms and 2 – issue of LLC “Stroy House. KG" in the amount of 3.71 million soms

As of the end of the week, the Total: placement volume of issues since the start of sales is:

– OJSC MFC “InvesKor SA” – 34.25 million soms (Total: issue volume 75.0 million soms);

– OJSC MFC “Salym Finance” – 54.22 million soms (Total: issue volume 100.0 million soms);

– LLC “Build a House. KG" -26.39 million soms (Total: volume of issue 45.0 million soms);

On the secondary market, trading in corporate securities was held in the amount of 150.16 million soms, including transactions with common shares in the amount of 144.07 million soms. In terms of volume, we can highlight transactions with common shares of Eurasian Savings Bank OJSC, which were carried out in the amount of 141.47 million soms, the price per share was 22.10 soms. Last week, transactions with shares of Electric Stations OJSC were carried out with smaller volumes. , OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz", OJSC "Manas International Airport", OJSC "Uchkun".

Also traded were corporate bonds of MFK OXUS CJSC, MFK Elet-Capital CJSC, MFK ABN OJSC, the Total: amount of bond trading amounted to 6.09 million soms, trading was conducted at par, with the exception of bonds of MFK Elet CJSC -Capital”, the price of which under the transaction was 20.0 soms below the face value.

Listing

10.7% of the week’s trading volume was represented by transactions in securities of listed companies, including:

– 25 transactions with common shares of Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC, Kyrgyztelecom OJSC, Manas International Airport OJSC, NESK OJSC, Uchkun OJSC, Electric Stations OJSC in the amount of 2.57 million soms.

– 36 transactions with corporate bonds of CJSC MFK OKSUS, OJSC MFK InvesKor, OJSC MFK ABN, OJSC MFK Salym Finance and LLC Stroy Dom.KG, CJSC MFK Elet-Capital in the amount of 14, 31 million soms
 

During the period, trading in listed securities was recorded in the amount of 16.88 million soms, while transactions in unlisted securities took up the majority of trading in the amount of 141.50 million soms.
