Shares of OJSC "Electric Stations" and OJSC "National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan" were placed in favor of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic



On April 11 and 12, 2024, additional issues of common shares of Electric Stations OJSC and National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan OJSC were placed on the primary market of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange for a Total: amount of 20 billion soms (10 billion soms for an additional issue of each company) .

 

The placement was carried out as part of the decision of the company's shareholders on the private placement of additional issues of shares in favor of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the financial recovery of open joint-stock companies "Electric Stations" and OJSC "National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan" dated November 28, 2022 .
