Overview of trading from April 1 to April 5, 2024

From April 1 to April 5, 56 transactions with corporate and government securities were registered on the KSE trading platform for a Total: amount of 16.25 million soms, the main share of the trading volume of the week was occupied by transactions with bonds (88.6%).

Government securities

There was 1 transaction with government treasury bills with a circulation period of 12 months (GT-Bills) for a Total: amount of 0.80 million soms. The price of STB on transactions was in the range of 86.83 soms and the weighted average yield was 15%.

Corporate securities
Primary and secondary market

On the primary market, 28 transactions with securities were carried out in the amount of 12.37 million soms. During the specified period, no major transactions involving the placement of additional issues of shares were registered.
The Total: volume of transactions with corporate bonds Total:ed 12.37 million soms:

• 7 – issue of OJSC MFC “Salym Finance” in the amount of 11.68 million soms;

• 2 – issue of Stroy Dom LLC. KG" in the amount of 0.55 million soms

• 1 – issue of OJSC MFK “InvesKor SA” in the amount of 0.14 million. som

As of the end of the week, the Total: placement volume of issues since the start of sales is:

– OJSC MFC “InvesKor SA” – 34.39 million soms (Total: issue volume 75.0 million soms);

– OJSC MFC “Salym Finance” – 65.89 million soms (Total: issue volume 75,100.0 million soms);

– LLC “Build a House. KG" – 26.94 million soms (Total: issue volume 7545.0 million soms);

At the secondary market trades in corporate securities were held in the volume of KGS 3.08 mln, including deals in common shares for KGS 1.06 mln. In terms of volume, deals in common shares of OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz" were made for KGS 0.53 million, the price per share was from KGS 250 to 265 and deals in OJSC "Manas International Airport" for KGS 0.32 million.  Last week deals were made in shares of OJSC "Electric Stations", OJSC "Uchkun", OJSC "Commercial Bank of Kyrgyzstan", OJSC "Bishkeksut", OJSC "PSF Bishkekkurulush" with smaller volumes
Corporate bonds of CJSC MFK "OXUS", CJSC MFK "Elet Capital", OJSC "MFK ABN" were also traded, the Total: amount of traded bonds made KGS 2.02 mln, trades were conducted at face value, except for bonds of CJSC MFK "Elet Capital", the price of which was 20.0 soms lower than the face value.
